Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Sport 4 London holiday activity camps and school sports clubs. By making a booking, you agree to the following:

All bookings must be made in advance and payment must be received in full to confirm your child’s place.
Sport 4 London does not accept childcare vouchers as a method of payment.
Places are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

Holiday Camps: Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the camp start date will be refunded in full. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the camp start date or for non-attendance.
School Clubs: Once the term has commenced, refunds will not be issued if a child withdraws from the club part-way through the term.
Sport 4 London reserves the right to cancel or amend sessions due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g. venue closure, extreme weather). In such cases, a suitable alternative or credit may be offered at Sport 4 London’s discretion.

All children are required to comply with the Sport 4 London Behaviour Policy.
Unacceptable behaviour may result in temporary or permanent exclusion from sessions, without refund.
Parents/guardians remain responsible for ensuring their child understands expected standards of behaviour.

Parents/guardians must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and additional needs at the time of booking.
Children must attend with suitable clothing, footwear, and a refillable water bottle.
Sport 4 London staff will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of participants.

Sport 4 London does not accept responsibility for the loss of, or damage to, personal property brought to any club or camp.
While every effort is made to ensure safe practice, Sport 4 London cannot be held liable for accidental injuries except where such injury arises from negligence on the part of Sport 4 London or its staff.

Parents/guardians must provide photo consent at the time of booking.
No images or video recordings of children will be taken without prior parental consent.
